  14. Hey team
Despite actually getting through to Jo at Silverstone after speaking to a few other people over the last week, they still haven't sent me the link for registration.
Is anyone able to send me this?
Jo has said that I can register on the day but may miss track time...

Thank you for booking a Ducati (UK) Track Day at Silverstone

Here are details regarding your Ducati Track Day, Tuesday 1st September running on the Grand Prix circuit; the day will run from The Wing Pit & Paddock Complex.

Our team has worked hard to incorporate the latest Government Covid-19 guidelines to make our activities safe for everyone involved, this does mean that you’ll notice some changes in how our track days are run with temperature checks at the Security Gate, social distancing measures, and hand sanitising stations all in operation. In line with Government guidance, face masks/ coverings are mandatory when on site, including when visiting the catering takeaway outlets and at all other times you are unable to socially distance including working on bikes and within the garages.

We are also sadly unable to allow any additional guests or spectators onto the site due to government guidance and the current restrictions as to how we have to remobilise to enable us to operate. For the time being only technicians and personnel supporting with the running of the bike can attend site and this is limited. Please email [email protected] if you require additional team members to attend the day.

You should have received an email with a link to our online Indemnity Form and License Check. Included below is the link to your Safety Briefing which is now carried out online,

    Safety Briefing
    https://silverstone.formstack.com/f...reference=ZYSW7DB&booking=1&date=1stSeptember

If you haven’t yet completed your indemnity, the link is here again for your reference:
    https://silverstone.formstack.com/f...reference=ZYSW7DB&booking=1&date=1stSeptember

Please note that both your Indemnity Form and Safety Briefing must be completed using the links provided 13.00 Sunday 30th August; the links provided are unique to your booking. If you have booked more than one place on behalf of others, you will receive one email per booking, please ensure each link is sent to relevant riders to complete, ensuring only one link is used per person.

    ARRIVAL
On arrival at the The Wing Paddock, you will be greeted by one of our Silverstone team who will direct you to your garage area for parking up and registration.
If you are arriving with a van or car + trailer, there is more than enough space behind the garages to park up and unload.

    REGISTRATION
Once parked up or unloaded, please proceed to the Ducati registration which can be found in Garage 15, remembering to bring your driving license. At registration you will meet your host instructor for the day, be issued with a wristband, a number for your bike, breakfast and lunch vouchers, a goodie bag courtesy of Ducati (UK) and a timetable for the day.
REGISTRATION OPENS AT 7.00AM | CLOSING PROMPTLY AT 8.15AM

BREAKFAST & LUNCH on DUCATI (UK) at SILVERSTONE
We want to ensure you start the day with some fuel in your tank, not just your bike! You will receive vouchers towards your breakfast and lunch to be redeemed at The Media Café, if you exceed the voucher value you will need to pay any additional monies. The Media Café is located in The Wing and will be open all day serving full breakfast, lunch, snacks and refreshments should you need a top. Please note that any top up payment is by card only.

    [small snip]

If you are coming with a friend and are in a different riding group but would like to be garaged together, please let the meet and greet instructor know on arrival into the Paddock on the day and they will endeavor to arrange this for you.

Picman will be on site taking photos throughout the day; a link to view these will be sent to you after the track day.

Riders will have access to the venue from 7.00am, if you do arrive prior to this time you can use the outer car parks. Please see this link (https://www.silverstone.co.uk/visiting/getting-here/) for a map showing the paddock locations.

The fuel station is located in the National Paddock, payment is only via debit or credit card and please remember to wear your helmet when going for fuel.

    NOISE RESTRICTIONS

There is increasing pressure on circuits to abide by their noise levels. Please pay particular attention to the following points regarding noise:

    • The onus is on YOU the rider to ensure your motorcycle is within the Silverstone circuit noise regulations. All motorcycles must be fitted with a baffle, if you are concerened your motorcycle may exceed the above limit then please request a test prior to going on track. We are happy to do this and will retest as many times as required to ensure your motorcycle is within the noise limit
    • After market silencers or race cans must have baffles fitted. Should a rider go out without baffles or a silencer fitted and it breaks the noise limit, we will not give a further opportunity to noise test the motorcycle. Offending motorcycles will not be allowed to continue and no refunds will be given.

    • Any bikes failing that will be black flagged and tested statically at 108dB.
    • Noise limits will be applied in accordance with speacial permissions for Ducati (UK) and will be monitored on a ride by basis at 105db.
    • No bike engines may be run before 08.30hrs or after 17.30hrs.

    Prior to your arrival at the venue please consider the following;

    • You must not attend the venue if you have at any time in the past 3 weeks knowingly been in contact with anyone who currently has or has had at any time during the past 3 weeks any symptoms relating to Coronavirus, except as a healthcare professional.

    · Notifications must reach us by 8.30am on the day of your booked Track Day. Non-notification will be treated as a no show and no refund and/or reschedule will be permitted

    · Please arrange a COVID-19 swab test, sending the test results within 7 days. We will then be able to re schedule a Track Day, Rebooked Track Days must be taken within 3 months from the date of your original Track Day.

LASTLY - WE HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY WITH DUCATI at SILVERSTONE!
