V4 After Market Exhaust Options.

Did you core your stock cans youself? do you have any details/pictures on how you did it?

 

I bought the akra slipons with the intention of upgrading it to the full system a few months later when I had the money. Turns out you can't do that. Akrapovic won't sell the middle bit and map separately.

 

On paper these seem to be the best. They also state 94db with db killers in so will get on any UK track.

Great price compared to the others considering you get the upmap, air filter and the 10 extra BHP’s too

 

Are they pretty quiet? I’ve watched a few utube vids of them but can’t gage the noise. They sound lovely without baffles though

 

They are not to loud with baffles out.

 

Hi has anyone fittted a full Akra system on a V4R ? Did you fit any under subframe heat protection as I’m not sure it needs any?? Full system fitted no problems there, I didn’t take tank or subframe off thought I’d ask

Full titanium race pipe on , baffles out sounds mint! You have to pretty much dismantle the bike to fit it but it’s not difficult.
