  1. Any films you guys might like to recommend For us to watch?

    Ones to avoid perhaps?

    If so why?

    If not why?

  2. I watched Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy for about the 6th time last night, I really like it but, I still have no idea what is actually going on with it, eg who is on which side etc ...

I shall give it a week and then try For a 7th time perhaps.. X

  9. Digressing a little - Condor (TV Show) absolutely brilliant - based on the 70's Robert Redford film.....working through season 2 at the moment...

  10. Tron Legacy is a favourite of mine, not sure if it’s so much to do with the film being particularly good but I think the score by daft punk is epic oh and it’s got a Ducati in it.

Watched The Accountant again recently, one of Ben Afflecks better films as is Argo.

I adored “ The Gentlemen” right up my alley, can’t think why....

Don’t nor Mally like Hugh Grant but got to say he is superb in this even if he does come with a South of the River gab.. x

  14. I understand that the Matrix reloaded has some interesting motorcycles in it

How about a feel good film The Peaceful Warrior :upyeah:

  15. The Great Wall is pretty good and I watched Mulan yesterday, very good but a bit overhyped.

  16. The Lovely Bones. It is based on a novel about the death and circumstances of a teenage girl, without giving too much away, and has a soundtrack featuring a lot of Brian Eno and maybe 801 Live?
I have always been a big Eno fan...

  19. “Kill the messenger” This was a film that went under the radar. Based on a true story about a small town journalist who digs into a story that involves the CIA. Great watch if you like conspiracy theories.
Also same actor (Jeremy Renner) in “Wind River”. Slow burner about a tracker who ends up helping the FBI with a murder on an Indian Resevation.
