Hey man! Yeah, as you know I've been on the hunt for years. I am still happy I sprung for the 1299S when I did as it's insanity on 2 wheels but I still was sad I didn't buy yours when you had it for sale. Recently a mint black S model with very low mileage which is 1 of only 2 in our country was put for sale at a very reasonable price and I managed to pick her up. Currently receiving servicing of everything just in case and getting fitted with technical upgrades to forks etc. Probably my favorite bike in the line-up at the moment. Coincidentally one of my closes mates owned the other black SF1098S a few years ago which is the one pictured previously in the thread. Got some more pics of it if anyone is interested. Did also manage to be the first to testride the SF V4S in Estonia in April and while I was really blown away with it, I gotta say it's kinda tame when just cruising where the old SF is still a thrill and I've got the 1299S for mad thrills at any higher speed. I still feel Ducati needs to up their V4 naked game to compete with the Tuono for rideability and hearing the rumor mill from Aprilia, there may be a +200hp street Tuono coming this winter which would really give the SFV4S a run for its money. Should you happen to have an original racing seat for the SF lying around, I'm interested!
