Long post here. You have been warned. Found out at 05:10 this morning my Auntie (Mum’s little sister) passed away. She was in a lot of pain over the past few weeks after years battling various cancers. It was therefore a release for her. She was different. A true rebel in every sense of the word. Age 82. A 60’s chick, ...... Alternative. A biker. The name in the back of her helmet? Bomber. Given because of her pace riding pillion around the south circ. Triumphs and Norton’s. An art school girl. Creative. Always surprising. I would say, I like this song. And she would casually drop oh yeah, Ray. Kinks. also Stones. Very very cool. First husband killed himself (probably could not keep up with her) on the marshes with a shotgun. Second husband was a Thames Barge Pilot. He passed Early last year. Big sister went just before lockdown. Just Mum and little brother left. Both full of life and FULL ON. So, today we had a BBQ and a few drinks (gin, no mixer, just gin. Bombers drink. No ice. Just gin. To celebrate a life. Well lived. No funeral. No guests. Not through C19. Just NOT HER STYLE. Go fast, Bomber. Xx Here is an example of her creativity. Paper Mash piggy bank, hand painted. The gin has all gone now. So it’s on to the grain. See you sometime. Xx

A very old YAM 4.8 metres RIB with a 50HP Yam 2 stroke. Easy to store on the drive, launch and recover and I can service the engine myself
Well spotted! We launched at Lymington and the tied up on the sheltered side of Hurst spit for a picnic.
A day out in the Dales, must have seen 350 to 400 motorcyclists which included about 30 Multistradas but only one V4 Streetfighter. Car driving standards were appalling, I really mean, f**king awful. Still despite the frustration, a good day out. Scarborough tomorrow. Andy
