I used to get similar until last time I slipped 2 discs and squashed all the nerves in my spine, you really don't want to go there, seriously think at least core strengthening excersises or I hear yoga is good
Ok. Ok. chain and wheels come up nice. Radiator is excellent Forks like new Ligerweight genuine Triumph OE exhaust system (nice) Shock puts most 10 year old bikes to shame.
Check it runs etc well in all gears before spending loads of money or time. Any bike that’s been on it’s side is likely to have had some starvation. These bikes seem more susceptible than IL4 to starvation (like older Ducati’s). Must be an old airfield strip somewhere you can trailer it to and run up and down a few times. Unless seller has been using for a while after crashing it .
It has a valid MoT and I have got the necessary parts to make it road safe, all used from eBay. I can insure it for £116 TPF&T so that’s the plan. I need to ride it on the road to check it’s fit for the track. Going out and doing 140 on an untested and unknown bike is not in my thinking.
Find a hill and run it thru the gears without revving out (like a Sunday amble) then again giving the beans Passes that, get the road shit off and book that first track day
