Anyone fitted bar risers to an 821 . I have the higher seat to give me more leg room but noticed a bit more wrist ache on longer rides. Anyone know what diameter bars are stock.
The bars are standard fat bars, 28.something in the middle tapering to 22.somthing at the grips. If you find a good solution please post it here as I have the same problem with my 1200.
I too had the same problem but in reverse I had a 910 Brutale and the bars were too high for me so swapped them for Monster bars which were much flatter. I have just measured the Brutale bars and they are 28mm in the middle and 22 at the grips. May be a solution for you
My Monster bars are 22mm throughout the length. Seems majority of risers are designedfor 28mm fat bars. May go this route eventually using 28mm black bars but currently the bike has heated grips fitted so may wait ‘til winter over. Seems a shame Ducati market the bike as a “dark stealth” everything blacked out but stick shiny silver bars on it.
Can't really answer that other than the width is the same. I could take a picture with a ruler in view. You could then make your own comparison. Not in a position to do it now though
