I'm back in one piece and can't wait to go up again but I think I'll wait for warmer weather as it was freezing up there.
Did your pilot explain to you about the "Jesus" bolt? The c 10/12mm bolt which acts as a pivot for the tricycle which carries you and the engine and and is the sole attachment to the wing/sail. If it breaks it is .... "Oh Jesus!"
Chris,i see you've a few winter bogy paint runs,but don't worry i have done the same with the XL speedo surround.painting with a spray can is a artform in itself.
yes, described what happened in an earlier post, cold weather what what, but don't worry, it's going on the ugly i'm selling. (if you really scrutinise it, you'll see the bits of old paint I missed but won't be seen as has a sprocket cover bit over it - this paint prob won't even last 2 years but keeps me off the streets).

Dragged the trailer out and loaded the V4 for the run down to MR. Time for its second annual service. Sadly just Donington in the last 12 months. Andy
