Hi folks, go have a shuffty. Yu never know... https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/foru...te-exploratuer-diamond-edition-3lt-auto.1021/
We sold our Autosleeper Broadway 2 years ago after 26 years of motorhoming, fancied a different lifestyle, so bought and had converted a 57 Chevy Bel Air. We found that getting onto sites more difficult due to more people starting out, also more and more restrictions made it not so much fun anymore, although Europe was still more better. Also the increased running costs , insurance, tax and servicing meant the M/H was costing us approximately £1K a year before turning a wheel, not even counting depreciation, so we quit!
Hi peeps, Ive just updated the advert to "full Bhuna" mode, go see. It has a four bicycle rack on the back, max load about 60kg. You could fit a small motorbike in the back, maybe even a sports bike but not a big traillee like my KTM, way too tall, you would need a ramp and winch. A lot of folks do the scooter thing, or use a big trailer as I did. Yup, its the fixed cost, depreciation and lack of use that is doing my nut in. It's a lot of cash sitting out there day in and day out gather bird shite and rain, and now leaves, so she has to go. Bit sad really, I've not got the heart to tell my boy yet, he will be gutted!
