1098 1098 Steering Bearing Kit

  1. just had a look on ebay and there is quite a few different makes to choose from and price as well. can i have some recommendations from the guys that have changed them . i have a 2007s thats done 31k
     
  2. Replaced mine some years ago around the same mileage.
    Looking at my records I used NTN SF07a17p available from various outlets at around £20 each. You can buy from ducati at £42 each. Bought the seals from ducati. Now covered another 35k and still fine.

  4. Just took delivery of the OEM bearings made by NTN.
    Here’s a pic of bearing and seals. Bought the seals from local ducati shop which cost £12 for set. The bearings cost £27.22 for both which included delivery. Don’t mind paying a bit extra to support local shop but from ducati for the same parts would have cost a total of £96 versus £39.22.
