On A Dirty Day In November........

  1. ............sorted out the new bikes insurance nice and early this morning with a human being at the end of the dog and bone which made a change, plus fitted in a quick plumbing job as you do.

Then decided it now or never lets collect the motorcycle today before the weather turns really nasty, but a upon arrival it started spitting....bummer i thought but fully committed for a fresh MOT within striking distance....job done ticked the box.:upyeah:
First impressions were easy rider with those bloody handle bars being so damn high you'd hang out the washing,Lol

    Only photogenic on the offside.;)

  8. Totally cheesed off because i'd argue the point on a new MOT before i collected it,that's life i guess and chalk it to experience.
With just 6000 miles on the speedometer it's in excellent condition with a couple of blemishes here & there, but needs a deep clean now:mad:.I'd give a quick once over before bedtime.

  11. Well it just passed it's mot so must be ok on the forks:thinkingface:,as for the petrol tank i did look through the cap on the day with no real issues as far as the eye could see around corners.

  12. She is lovely Vulcanman, comments about steering hmm i think you will before long hail it as the most comfortable riding position ever. Enjoy Butty.

  14. Simply lift the tank put it on its stand and have a look for any blistering paint close to the seam.
It’s common enough problem, I’ve had it on my last two SS’s and it’s an easy enough problem to fix if need be.
