I'm glad that the likes of Ball and all on now on Radio 2, as I no longer listen to it at all and have rediscovered all of my CDs in the car and Planet Rock at home. I've stopped watching the BBC as well now it's full of people who think that they are more than just someone reading out loud.
I can put up with Graham Norton on the TV but on the radio, no chance. And I think CW is up there with Vanessa Feltz as a rush to the radio to turn it off motivator.
must admit i never did, i remember Owen Money coming on air quite upset about his death this year, a great presenter and musician by all accounts.
Don't mind him in small doses, but he does have strange tastes in music, he like the Smiths for crying out loud
Absolutely! How about a forum trip to the Rock Trouser Museum? Need to put a banging donk on this post. In the meantime Planet Rock ‘guess the year’, 9 am weekdays, mostly brilliant, and transports you right back to your yoof!
What annoys me most about Vine, is his continual asking of stupid asinine questions. The man really comes across as a whining moron.
Don't you think that that's a lot of what's pushed out by 'outlets' these days though? I've really noticed it. Lot's of extremely obvious questions being asked. Which you'd like to think shouldn't need to be asked. But for god sake don't read the answers because it'll send you mad haha
Huey Morgan is great, Iggy Pop too, Cillian Murphy is really good and Tom Ravenscroft. Mary Anne Hobbs is stunning
And if one is getting one's funk on then Craig Charles on a Saturday evening at six is a must to get the booty shaking!
