1098 1098s Decals

“Ducati” on the petrol tank is lacquered, or at least it is on the new 1098S petrol tank I have in my parts room. Andy

 

They are all lacquered over on mine - side panels, tail and nose section and the tank.

 

Hang on and I'll grab the fairings and take a couple of close up pics for you!

They are in fact under the lacquer, my mistake. As you pointed out there’s a bubble or two which could probably be removed with a pin prick. You can see they are genuine parts and otherwise as new.

 

If you look at the parts list you can easily identify the decals and part numbers.
