You do have to work at it otherwise you just end up cabbaged. I always plan to do at least one major thing (and I use that term very loosely) ever day. It works for me
First day out of the house since my visit to hospital last Friday ..... and went to the Post Office, just too exciting Andy
Just back 30 mins ago After doing 90 odd miles in the wind, rain and fog! Oh and it was effing freezing too! I've hosed and dried the bike off but I'll clean it properly tomorrow. Also hosed down my jacket and pants to get the crud off. Now having a cup of tea and a scone
Cannulated in both arms and now on a surgery ward waiting for doc to turn up. NOT how I wanted to spend the day!!

Hope you get betterer soon. Be nice to people, especially those you love. Morphine turned me into a real arsehole and if they’ve given you the control to the morphine pump, it doesn’t always deliver when you press the button, but does register how often you press it.
Yep, re morphine pump. Played with one of those last year. That was a 10 day stay & nil by mouth. Not so bad this time around as I’m allowed ice cream for lunch
