  2. Cheers mate, yeah 2nd one of those in this week! Dare I say I like them

  3. Yeh I think they are awesome and to be fair I would have an electric car to do the day to day stuff as even with a range of 130 miles it would do me day to day. However I would need another diesel car to tow the caravan etc. But I just do not like the cost of them!

  4. Great post! So did you powder coat Frame, sub-frame and Headlight bucket? Is the RAL 1035 used for all 3? Thinking of doing my newly acquired 996......

  5. I used RAL1035 as a base, then a ppg mix for the colour and then a satin powder clear on top. The 1035 was too pink looking in my opinion

  6. Ah - OK, think I got it, so painted, then powder coated a clear lacquer? Sorry, I'm clueless with paint! - The RAL was a base coat and the PPG top coat?

  7. Powder base, green cured, wet painted and then powder clear. Makes it nice and strong

  8. Can anyone shed some light on what this wheel is? I will run the stock 3 spoke wheel but I’d like to get a matching one of these for the front so I have options.

    cheers

  13. Yes they fit. They were standard on some later bikes. They come Aluminium and Magnesium. If you look for Marchesini 5 spoke for 9** range you find quite a few for sale.
