Survived the Xmas food shop with the Mrs this morning. Bacon rolls for lunch. Was thinking of having a hour out on a bike, got my boots out the cupboard and it pissed down. Now doing bugger all on the sofa
We’ve just had a FaceTime call with #1 son and wife to say that obviously we can’t go to them (in Scotland) for Xmas because of the latest restrictions. Looks like we’re going to have to send one present to them by post because they have to have it at the same time as #2 son gets his, but the rest will have to wait till next time we see them. :/
Got a quote for my Cooper S from webuyanycar not a bad price very close to want I want for it. Only did 500 miles in it last year tempted to part with it.
We’ve just had another FaceTime call this morning but this time with our two grandsons (they are 8 & 6yo and were in bed when we called last night) who’ve just found out we can’t go to Scotland for Xmas. They were visibly very upset that we are unable to visit. Broke our hearts
