Thanks for the link, Looks like a project for someone who has a lot of spare parts to play about with to make a complete bike, the seller mentions he has more projects for sale over the next few days so will keep one eye on it
Showing my ignorance here. The text says it has a DS1000 Engine, and there are plug holes on the belt side as it would be duel spark, but it's got a wet clutch. What DS1000 engined bike had a wet clutch? Nasher.
probably an 1100, someone with more knowledge might shed light on a 1000 overlap engine with a wet clutch, but not on a DS Ugly afaik.
It looks like the frame tubes have been cut down to clear the vertical timing belt. Surely not standard otherwise you would space the tubes farther apart methinks? I also wouldn't fancy my spark plug leads coming out between the belt without something to stop it touching the belt teeth.
