Spitfire engine in motorcycle

  1. My mate showed me this photo of a bike with a 'cut down' Spitfire engine. He took it years ago somewhere in the U.S.A

As far as he knows, the builder used 2 of the cylinders to create the engine, it runs on methanol or something similar.

    That's all I know!

Just found this. Built in Auistralia in 1982 by Lucky Keizer, this 5,000cc v-twin utilizes 2 cylinders from a Rolls Royce Merlin 27-liter v12 engine found in an abandoned Mustang fighter plane. Keizer added nitrous injection and a supercharger!

  8. Google Allen Millyard when you have 5 minutes. The most recent creation was a Dodge Viper powered bike in a frame of his own design and construction, SVA and MOT'd, crazy video on You Tube. He is a Kawasaki man and has done mental things with KH's with 5 cylinders and he stitched 2 straight 6's together to make a V12 and all road legal and ridden. You often see him on the Isle of Man during TT week. Andy
