Despite the 1199 Superlegerra being a limited edition, it is still an 1199 with some exotic materials and sophisticated software thrown at it. The D16RR Desmosedici is a unique bike. I agree with bradders that the 1199 Superlegerra will be an ‘easier’ bike to ride near the limit (if you don’t turn the electronics off) but it isn’t hairy chested like the D16 Andy
Each to their own and since there is a pseudo lockdown someone might need a project? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-st2-turned-into-a-944cc-monster/133620598931 Arguably the ugliest Ducati I've ever seen.
749S model with low mileage and in great condition. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-7...395236?hash=item1aac82aea4:g:NX8AAOSww3BfzlpK
Good point. I could get nearly 5 749r’s for the price of one 1299SL. The 749 is a possibility but unfortunately I don’t think the SL will ever feature in my life. We can all dream.
Anything is possible these days all you need to do is liquidate the others and go for it before it's too late in life.
Does anyone know the story behind this one? 1198s with a full system is tempting. I'd want to know why it has carbon fairings and Corse tank etc. Possibly crashed? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-1198-S-2009-Carbon-Brembo-Lots-of-Extras/264927471368
I don't know the bike but you can do a search on this forum for a few reviews on the shop and make your mind up.
