Just the dilemma I am in. I have a 1200S Monster and 1200 Multi (which I can't get myself to part with!). Looking to change one of them possibly. SFV4S is on the radar but was hoping for better things from the new Multi, which with the V4 should have been great. It may well still be of course! I guess the SF option would not be disappointing then from your comments? Keep the Multi . My Monster wouldn't forgive me... (The new Monster is just plain and horrid unless you like Japanese naked bikes)
How far do you normally go for a hoon ? The new SFV4 has a pitifully small range. Exuberance can return 60 miles from a tank full Andy
Its ugly, can't get very far on a tank full and is at least 20% less fuel efficient, what is there to like! I for one will keep hold of my 1260S until they sort this mess out.
I have the same combination as yourself. A 1260PP Multi and a 1200R Monster. Like you, I'm still soul searching for a change but targeting 2022 or 23. The Monster is my urban sport cruiser, a role which the Multi can fill and more albeit without as much eye candy. I was thinking of going full offset: Keeping the Multi for sure and trading the Monster for a Panigale V4 for the occasional track days once these lock-downs are done with. Either that or just one bike. Let's see what new bikes are slated for 2022.
They have a guy that comes in and does the decals, I have seen him doing them, very professional, I would imagine he would be able to do any design you wanted!!

Yes, yes, yes, I know that the thought of a Ducati not being a Desmo has caused wailing and gnashing of teeth, but Ducati has made lots of none Desmo engines and has build a few V4 configured engines in its time, so let’s embrace it. There is a lot more to what makes a Ducati than the way it’s valves are opened and closed.
I did, are you not able to read who posted it? It is patently obvious that you don’t like the V4 Multi, but I really don’t care, beauty in the eye of the beholder and all that. Still, even you are entitled to an opinion even if you are wrong.
