Yes i remember him when in a different earlier mask he sold me some dreadful looking foot hangers / brackets for the 916.

A nice set of wheels for the 748 / 998 range, but just not sure about that bike design quite possibly a modified Bimota frame. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-9...789058?hash=item4b89b37e42:g:HOsAAOSwwkZf55tx
Looks like a Spondon Beam frame to me, @1990's The design was, I believe, all about supporting the headstock and getting a straight line between it and swingarm pivot to reduce flex, which designers have now changed their mind on and now want a little flex. Nasher.
Found the image below and the tank does say Spondon. It could even be the same bike. I was sure I remembered thinking years ago how crap it looked as a frame, the forks being inside the frame rails looks really odd. But I can't find any more on google about it. Nasher
All Spondon frames were made in low volumes, but in my opinion it was their techical merits (as shown on the racetrack) that makes them desirable. Agree that this frame is not one of their prettiest. Now, if it was for a Ducati engine....
Rearsets for the 748 / 998 range, just not sure if they're DP branded or not. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DUCATI-7...43b52e5:g:Tj0AAOSwj7lf8NkY&LH_ItemCondition=4
At that price almost certainly not. They look very similar to a set I had on my 853 manufactured by a company in Kent. Nicely made and very functional without the price tag of the Corse version. Sadly the old man who ran the business retired and his son is less focussed on bikes so no longer available new. Andy
Like you say if you don't have deep pockets then this is the way forward if your a impoverished Ducati owner like me.

Quite possibly bought the salvage back after an accident & shifting it on. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ducati-h...446880?hash=item2f512e39e0:g:xGQAAOSw83lf4Ken
Some accident, that front wheel has taken a big impact. Wouldn’t be surprised if the headstock and forks are buggered too. Andy
