Finally accepted reality and contacted the hotel in Barcelona to cancel our first lockdown rearranged booking for next week Fair bit of trepidation since the hotel group central customer care were adamant last year that they wouldn’t refund and were reluctant to rearrange but spoke directly to the hotel manager and he has been a star Just need to decide if the MotoGP at Montmelo in early June is too much of a gamble on travel restrictions being lifted and look to go much later in the year. Makes a change to be able to post something nice for a change. Andy

 

Just had a blood test....... PSA levels for Prostate. One patient at a time in the surgery allowed, the Nurse called me in and a Chap followed me in and requested the Nurse to fit in a ECG within a hour.............. twat never had a mask on WTF i was so gabberflasted i never asked who the fvck he was.
Nurse told me they were holding vaccines already and will start with 80 yr olds next week.

Hotel 1898?

 

The Calderon on the Rambla de Catalunya. Not the 1898 but a hotel we have enjoyed staying at and it is close to the Passege de Gracia station for the train to Montmelo. Andy
