Not clued up on the 888 but seems to be that any early 90's sports bikes are making daft money now regardless of condition. What would a good condition 888 like this be worth finished?
It's back: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-9...057836?hash=item343a56ab2c:g:0Z0AAOSwfaZffgSx I'm still looking for a crashed, bashed, or otherwise abused 999, but am really interested as to why this isn't selling. But I'm no expert, so perhaps somebody can enlighten me. Thanks Nasher.
There's one on ebay for £9k from a dealer so that's marked up from a private sale,i think you'll find more daft folk about than sensible ones.
Really does my tits in that. Hard to govern but they should be hit with big financial penalties for ending auctions early

The legendary VFR750 in black ( jack of all trades ) with just a few miles on the speedometer. https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1303767
Something doesn't quite smell right about that. Nice enough bike but hardly a collectable bit of exotica. Who in their right mind would buy one new, register it, pdi it, and then never ride it but put it in their "private collection"?
I've not seen one of these models before now. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-S...820819?hash=item2f3ee77bd3:g:P6sAAOSwFLpe2qXP
