So what have you done today..?

  1. Thanks for the tips lads, as brutal as they sound I know this method works, however I’ll see how it goes first before I cauterise or resort to drilling.
    Cheers.

  2. It’s the youth I’m afraid, paying currently £30 a Month with Vodafone for my Daughters iPhone 11 at the time it wasn’t even an all singing/dancing item. It was agreed that I would recover the cost from said Daughter have only managed the first payment.

  3. Is this a sales pitch or what,;)
Nice quality fliming work with the colour fading in & out.......imagine that sound as a ringtone.:upyeah:

  4. Did a 5k run this morning then went and fitted some units I made for a friend in the village.

They are only in primer at the moment until a colour and handles are chosen.

  5. A little fault finding on my Daughters new to her Micra, it won’t do more than 60 mph in fifth hesitates at 3k rpm, fault found which is a result. Then had to find out the radio code as it wouldn’t work without, which worked out now has a working stereo.

Started to fettle my 749 after it has been fixed of it’s TPS problem just need to fix the headlights which I suspect is the relay.

  6. Thanks! When I was sorting the photos I realised there was a colour - black and white transition thing so I made black and white version of all the photos and just sorted them to make it work. :)

Thanks, it’s been 10 months in the making.
A great project and helped keep me sane during lockdowns.
    Engine is a 2L Ford zetec 150hp through a 5 speed box.
Independent suspension, double wishbone with coil overs on each corner.
Weighs about 600kg, so should be quick of the line and round corners.
I live about 25minutes from Brands Hatch so will be doing a few track days.
If you have the room, tools and time I would recommend doing a kit car.
Next project will be a Chesil speedster, Porsche 356 copy with 2L beetle engine.
Possibly next year, I will give the Mrs time to get over this one.
Although she is looking forwards to rides out this summer.

  12. Lockdown has been strange for many reasons but many productive folk out there like you just sailing through with a glass of champagne in the hand.:upyeah:...looking forward to the Porsche.:)

  17. Went to work to tinker with the V4 and put my carbon swing arm cover on. Went to leave but the van wouldn’t start so a 5 mile walk back home, luckily not cold and no rain so was actually quite nice.
