' Hi Everyone - Just Asking The Question What Boot To Go For & What Boot's Are People Buying These Day's . . . . ? Mine , Have Seen Better Day's Which Are Forma Dry Race Boot - 3 - 4 Year's Old Now - Just Looking What's About . . . . Any Idea's Anyone . . . . ? '
Alpinestars supertech R for me, by far the most comfortable boot I've ever owned and not looked back since.
' Yeh - Like The Look Of The Supertech , But What's It Like Putting Your Foot In The Inner Boot First & Then The Boot Itself . . . . Any Trouble . . . . ? '
I just leave them in the boot, you don't need to take them out at all. they're ace, really loose when open, slip your foot in, pull the cord, pull up the zip . Job done
Yep, supertech R here too. Fabulously comfortable on & off the bike. I dont even think about there being an inner boot.
If you've got narrow feet like me, Sidis are perfect, I've got a Goretex pair. They're the only completely waterproof boots I've ever owned, 5 years old now and the sole's a bit worn but other than that perfect. I've got plain black but I think they do them in everything from understated to full on, in your face, Liberace bling!
Me I've had both sidi's and alpinestars, both good boots offering excellent comfort and protection plus you can wear them all day without pain. You did not mention how much you want to spend.
Supertech Rs for me too. During the summer and on track. Daytona Evo Sports GTX for all other times. They are the better protecting boot, but I prefer the Supertech for lightness and comfort. I do have fairly broad feet though.
Supertech R for me too, very comfy and found them loads better than the old supertech's, walking any distance is no problem like other boots ive had in past, and easy to get on and off
Possible but my guess is her hubby would be on here too. Unless of course they're no longer together. What was your username on VD, TRC etc?
