I started watching that Serpent one last night & a thumbs up from me,the question is how many have i missed already and more importantly why did i missed it,what was i watching at 9pm last week.
Lovely i've not accessed that format as i just watch things as they unfold in life, but maybe with so much shite on the box these days i need to change my direction.
I've only recently started using the internet channels. I started mainly for the various Nordic series that have been on that I've really enjoyed.
My lad starting watching the series and stopped as it was nothing like the book It’s a Sin. A really thoughtful watch at times as it explores gay friends in London at the start of AIDS. Can’t help but see a few common themes with Covid and current times... C4 on demand so can binge watch but each episode is an hour.
Brave New World appeals to me but it's only available on Sky in the UK as far as I'm aware. Of course using a VPN it might be possible to view it on the likes of Peacock. Edit: just checked, it's on Amazon, series #1 for £15.
Watched the second episode of The Queens Gambit. I’m enjoying it and amazed that a programme about chess is keeping me captivated .
