Walked the dog along canal then did 12 x3min rounds on Mrs T's punch ball. Lost 16lb so far in 2021, but giving booze up has been a challenge. Not permanent, waiting for Boris to open pubs again
A right pain in the backside and they should've handed out some free item for your inconvenience on the day as a good willl gesture, but i guess that sort of service is no longer available as it represents legal liabilities.

Watched biopic on John Surtees, 7 x motorcycle world champion, some years in two classes. 1960 raced for MV Agusta in 350cc and 500cc class and won them both, when not racing bikes. Racing in F1 and nipping at the heels of the likes of Jim Clark and Mike Hailwood. Won F1 for Ferrari in 1964, only man to hold motorcycle and F1 world titles. Incredible racer, I doubt if we will see his kind again. Program was o the yesterday channel,
Feeling like my normal self today with added tiredness pain in arm has eased Head feels free flowing again Thankfully
I wouldn't have thought so. The Astra Zeneca one seems to be the one that causes a few people problems. Several of my brothers colleagues who had the AZ one have felt the same. Below is a copy of a WhatsApp message my daughter in laws sister sent the other day when she heard I was having the vaccination. She is a GP in London: "Hi, I had my covid vaccination yesterday and it’s hit me like a brick. Fever through the night. It was the Astra Zeneca one. Hearing that the Pfizer doesn’t cause such side effects ... daddy had that one. Now for me, and because I'm trying to get pregnant, the new technology of the Pfizer is not yet fully understood, so I chose the AZ version. The AZ is said to not be as effective in the older generation and may only be 50% effective with the new strain. I think you may be better with the Pfizer, if you’re able to request a choice. But have a think about it and speak with your GP. Have to sleep now xxx"
with myeloma and lower immunity I find it harder to fight off anything, where some may recover in 24hrs it takes me a bit longer. I seem to have experienced the uncommon side affects A common cold can put me in bed for a few days I keep as far away from illness even before covid
Whoo hooo! Just got approval for the IVA test for the Westfield, phoning tomorrow to book the test. All being well on the road in April.
Snowed off today. So a walk with the Mrs and dog before she started work from home. A few hours watching all sorts of nonsense on YouTube. Polished the 765. Coffee and cake. Fell asleep. Nipped the dog around the block. Just about to pop a lasagne in the oven for dinner.
