  2. @Drinky
I'd be interested what you high milers do for diet and nutrition.
    Particularly keeping weight on.

  3. I rode up it in July 2016 it was a hot day (32 ish in the valley), the scenery is absolutely epic. The day before we rode up the Glandon to the Col de la Croix Fer which is just down the road (so-to-speak) again a very hot day in the valley, but really cold at the top. There's a camp site at the bottom of Alp d'Huez on the corner, just as the climb starts where we stayed - its a great location for a whole bunch of climbs… if you don't mind the faint smell of burning clutches and brake pads. :) Just wish I had better legs for it.

  4. I’m very interested in some of these, I’ve done all the usual UK and Euro sportives as well as the GFNY but like the look of your ‘Peloton’, will look good in our new house. I’m going to give a bit of thought to a piece I’d like done. I’ve also put a link to your site on the Newbury Velo club and the Royal Marines Association Cycling Club sites.

  5. You sir are a gentleman. Are you a 'Booty' then ? or have you been. I am ex Submariner from a long time ago.

  7. no problem keeping weight on mate, its keeping it off that I find hard. Although I do plenty of miles I eat well. I’m poor at on bike nutrition in as much as I can do 50 miles and still return home with a full water bottle, I never take any food with me either, I’m a sports coaches worst nightmare.

  8. With respect to whatever design you might come up with. The largest single piece we can deal with is 100cm x 60cm. Thats the size of the laser cutter table. Happy to create something to your design and it does not have to be cycle related.

  12. This is one of those new eco-government signs, it bans anyone from smoking in the whole world.

  19. I cycle to work virtually every day. Only 2 miles each way. It was harder going than usual this week. Still the first one in though.
