So what have you done today..?

  1. I did consider going out on the Scrambler today as it’s sunny and a tropical 11C out there, but having been out in the car I could see that the roads still have a coating of rock salt on them despite the rain yesterday.

I’ve decided to let the rain we are due over the course of the week do it’s job and hopefully (if the forecast is right) I’ll get it out over the coming weekend. :)

  12. Weird one this week/today. I’ve never claimed anything from the Government, even during Covid times, but this week, I will be for years to come.....

Due to me having a severe case of ADHD, dyslexia and incredible girth (possibly a fib on the latter), Department for Work and Pensions have awarded me an almost full time employee (30 hours a week) to run my business from an administrative perspective, as well as manage my audits/certification and pay for also business/ADHD coaching, completely free.

On another positive, I’ve been tendering for a contract for 9 months from 10 companies into the final 2. Fingers crossed for the next 2 weeks.

  13. Just had my first COVID jab and sat waiting the regulation 15 minutes. Really quite busy with 7 teams doing the jab. Andy

  14. Must have been Pfizer then?

  15. We’ve (or should I say I) have been digging a new border to the front garden, then put patio cleaner on one of the patios that had gone green over winter (the other is fine for some reason). Then it was off to the local tip with the rubbish out of the border.

And now we’ve just been for a walk round the village for the past hour and my right foot is killing me.

  16. Collecting free of charge timber for that up and coming distressed established Venice look job from a house in Kent that was pulled down,i'd a bit of debugging the nails from the timber in rain :splat:and will complete tomorrow.

  17. Yes. Nothing to report so far although I did expect my arm to be a little more soar than it is after an intramuscular injection. Andy

  18. It seems that those that have the Pfizer jab also have to have the 15 mins observation afterward but those that have the AZ one don’t. Or at least no one I know that has had the AZ one has had to be observed afterwards.

  19. I’m not going to read too much into that o_O :joy: Andy

  20. Made a new lead valley at a chimney back
