They are nice aren't they? I have a few Rolexes but I really fancy an Omega Planet Ocean Chrono. Trouble is, the gits don't make QUITE the one I want. They do a rose gold Planet ocean with a black face and a Steel/Gold one with a blue face.....but not a Gold one with a blue face! Annoying but a very 1st world problem, I know!
I got mine last February after an 8 month wait and to be honest it didn't stand out like I hoped it would over the other models I have . Ive never worn it and now im thinking about letting it go so wont wear it in case I mark it.
Is this the right place to post a pic of my apple watch? I have different coloured straps and everythang.
The missus & I treated ourselves for our 25th wedding anniversary the other year. Hers is white gold & diamonds, while mine came with a side order of Multistrada
Yeah, was it Gareth Hunt shaking his beans back then? I don’t know much about watches and wouldn’t have bought one just for myself but my wife always liked the Roadster style so its a nice treat to put on at the weekend.
Nothing upscale by any means, but very cool still, as very small production personalized items, holding lots of good memories. My squadron watches. Here’s the latest one from the 2/5 squadron (one of the squadrons created in the UK in 1941 for/by the « free French) and equipped with RAF Spitfires, at first.
I have several different watches I've collected , a few Seikos , vintage mainly ,also 1 Breitling ,2 Omegas ,1 Tissot Missed out on buying father in laws half gold submarniera few years ago ,as he forgot to let me have 1st dibs, now they are way out of my price league Almost bought a Tudor black bay last month but thought ive a lot of watches i dont wear as they are mint condition so bought this as a daily Partner company of Seiko, automatic in house made movement ,with hacking ,sapphire crystal Orient Kamasu
Something flipped in me lately... always been Panerai and Rolex on the top shelf, Casio and Seiko for the heavy lifting. The white ceramic dial / black ceramic bezel co-axial Seamaster is very attractive though and has the chops. Great call on a fantastic watch.
Seiko Prospex Automatic Diver's 200m with the 6R15 mechanical movement - bought it yesterday ! Easily the nicest one in the range that they had on display at the jewelers. Wasn't planning on spending that much - £829 (no VAT) - but very pleased with it. Picture doesn't really do it justice......the subtle blue/grey colour of the face is beautiful Happy days !!
