The nurse who administered my jab took ages getting the last chip out of the vial. Must have taken her a minute or so. I can't say I had any side effects but I just signed up to Amazon prime and bought a new copy of Microsoft Office. Still no urge to own any apple products though.

All the December people are due a second shot now aren't they, so its an even larger number of doses to find. I think its a supply issue thats becoming apparent? If there isn't enough stocks to give people the second shot within 12 weeks, will those people then need another two shots, thus making the supplies required increase another 44million? (at todays count).
I got a text from my local docs this morning saying they had secured some vaccine and a number to call to book in. Rang the number and it was answered immediately so can't be the normal docs line because you can never get through on that. Booked for next Wednesday at the sister branch in the next village and was told it's the Oxford illness I'm getting.
One week on from the Oxford az jab and happy to report just a slightly sore arm for a few days and no other side effects. Certainly felt worse after some flu jabs in the past so happy at that. Roll on 11 weeks for jab #2.
