It appears that the US is cracking down on aftermarket exhausts on road going bikes, specifically those sold by dealers. Let's hope this draconian measure doesn't filter through to the UK in this litigation ridden world.
Don't worry about these exhaust regs, or emissions or whether your bike will run on the ethanol fuel. You will all be riding electric bikes soon anyway.
