Had a couple of rides out even in the wet and cold Went out yesterday too, and it looks like I’m going out later on as well
A while back I made a plan to cover as many bridges locally as possible , it’s not much of a plan admittedly but it get you out and to places I hadn’t visited. My next ‘planned’ ride will include the Mersey Tunnel, it’s a different kind of bridge with the added bonus of reverberation!
I live in Slough. explains it all. Lol. For reverberation I ride to Heathrow Airport and go through the tunnel, over and over again till the Police stop me.
Went to Haworth (Bronte country) with Slow Dave from across the road on his behemoth. Weather was nice but was starting to get chilly when we got home at 4.45pm. And the local council must be expecting a heavy frost tonight as they've gritted all the roads round here.
I went out on my own last weekend no pics im afraid as i was too busy "caught up in the moment", ahem.
Nice to get out this morning ahead of the masses, 3 1/2 degrees and ice on the car windscreen but it was well worth it.apart from the trip the MOT test station this was a first great bimble!
It’s a pub in Ireland unfortunately it’s closed years now https://www.buildingsofireland.ie/b...4938007/black-bull-pub-rath-beg-county-offaly
Spent a few hours in and around Kent...it was a bright day but a bit on the fresh side. Unplanned stop on the M20 for an emergency comfort break:
