So what have you done today..?

  1. Many moving from that grubby urban environment to the lush green fields.:upyeah:

  2. Yes it is buoyant presently, partly because of the stamp duty holiday. When that’s eventually pulled I think it’ll dip again but only until people get used to it all again.

Incidentally, on Tuesday night, we and our next door neighbour (only ours in the whole development) had a note letters pushed through the door asking if we’d like to sell our houses. The potential ‘buyers’ had already sold their house and had identified our houses as their (in their words) ‘ideal home’. I assume it’s because our two are the only houses on the development with a south facing back garden.

We thanked them for the interest but declined. :)

  3. This morning I’m going to specsavers (not in Barnard Castle) for an eye test including the OCT test

  4. Well it's that time of year again, with the weather looking inviting down in the south i might just have two back to back very short rides on the PS & SL today.

  8. Ahh come on man..
    Share the happiness
    :)

  9. Leave it with me and i#ll get my thinking cap on.:upyeah:

  10. And your camera out?

  11. I've a malfunctioning camera focus lens at the minute, but yeah why not with a twist.

  12. Well I was in and out in half an hour:upyeah:

I had the OCT test because my dad had glaucoma and I wanted it checking out but the test showed everything is normal so far. And as far as my eyesight is concerned that has deteriorated since I had my last eye test two years ago :upyeah:

  13. Just received an email from the Passport Office saying my new passport is in the hands of TNT for delivery. Have to say I’m pleased, applied on Sunday, acknowledged receipt of old passport, had notification of application approval and that the passport was in printing on Thursday and out for delivery on Friday. Less impressed by Royal Mail taking 3 days to deliver a first class, signed for letter and surprised TNT don’t deliver Passport Office packages on a weekend. The whole process could have taken less than a week but I might be a bit picky there. Andy

  14. With two Ducati's fighting for my attention today i'd no other option but ride them both as you do, first ride of the year & wow it was bloody cold after 20 odd minutes in the saddle, not surprisingly with a dead sky and no sun shinning through, mind you i did have an openface lid and summer gloves on.First out was the PS...easy peasy & then a cuddle up with a very hot radiator for ten minutes.I'd to wirewool the inside of the front rotors on SL before the launch and boy was i in for a treat on this wonderful cool bike.
P.S if you know the building then you'll know the location.
@Ducbird Flowers for the cake lady.:upyeah:
