Has anybody ever seen a non-enduro multistrada with the genuine metal side panniers & genuine top box, as can't find any pictures to see if its possible to use together??
Am I the only one here who thinks it looks good? The top case doesn’t match and looks a little wonky, but seems OK to me otherwise.
If you have to use panniers then go for the best thing for the job. They look OK from my point of view.
Thats the setup I have on my enduro, Givi top box and touratech panniers. If anyone is thinking of doing this you should be aware the two genuine mounting systems are not compatible with each other. The pannier frames have a cross brace under the pillion sub frame which obstructs the givi mount supports. Two lengths of flat bar bent and painted sorted it but it's a major oversight by Ducati designers in.my opinion.
I have the enduro pannier set up on the 1260S. I love it, tons of room and top loading so you don't have to pick you stuff up off the ground after opening them. I can post a pic if you like.
Givi Trekker Outback. Look great to my eyes. I have the Givi top case too but the Ducati / Givi one is bigger for long roadtrips.
