So bike I've bought (2002) has a metric speedo. Found mph one on the bay for £95 with 28k showing. Does this sound like a fair price and how easy would it be to set it (or have it set) to bike's actual mileage? Is this a goer?
I got a new speedo from Ducati in the mid 2000's for my carb supersport. Seem to remember it came to about £80 in total. The speedos look like they are crimp sealed but some of the instrument rebuilders might have the equipment and materials to reseal them once opened and mileage adjusted. MB.
Thanks will look into it on Monday. Found this place: WWW.Classic-speedometers.com I'll give 'em a bell and see what they reckon.
Sorry the one that I have has a dark grey face and no kph at all. Same make and even goes up to 160 mph.
Where did you get that? But must confess, just bought an imperial speedo off Bob T. But sticker is really good solution.
