Well.... some of you be pleased to know I suffered a bit of a reaction. Had a really shit night. Raging headache and temperature.... I’ve stabilised now but still feel as if I’ve been cut out of a car crash.... Cups of tea and a day in front of the TV is order of the day.... Might knock the arse out of it get my wife to bring lots of biscuits, cake etc
Better to feel crap for a day -and eat biscuits- than test drive a ventilator. Hope it passes quickly enough to enjoy the wife fussing about!
Wouldn't it be terrible for those that had a bad reaction, if the gov were to say that to stop a new variant we all have to do it again! I imagine that the uptake would be quite low.
Sorry to hear that MH, didn’t touch me at all, this virus just makes no sense. When all this has died down, wonder what the world will actually make of it?
Good for you mate My mum and dad was right as rain but my sisters were same as me..... shiiiite..... us young ins must be soft.... it’s all quite random. My mum and dad were fine. One of my sisters was ill, the other unaffected. My brother hasn’t been yet. I think it’s quite a bit to run yet. The big reset.... Soooo fucked off with it......
Nah, it’s only for a day or two you feel shite. No biggie. I feel a bit crap today but not horrendous. Of course the weathers good and I would have liked a blast on the bike.... ah well, maybe tomorrow
I read somewhere that if you sail through your first shot you may experience symptoms from your second shot. And vice versa... I’ll have to wait and see....
Time of year and weather could be a factor. With better weather and longer days it could be OK. If you had to go through the whole process again in deepest, darkest Winter, that could make a difference. Mind you: if offered the choice of a life on Facebook or new vaccination. I'd take the drug every time!
One of cousins is a nurse and tells me that the second one is fine. That could be psychology, though. And she normally works with general disease, so WTF does she know!
