  1. Just a dyno comparison to show the power distribution/ difference between the 1199 and 1299

  2. Having bought but never ridden a 1299, and still not ridden it either, that’s exactly what I wanted to hear :D

  9. i have the Evo update on the 1299 so it’s the same as the Final Edition of I remember correctly

  10. sorry, not the same day.. but the dyno runs were without main mapping changes other than the RB Evo fitted and self calibration.
The 1199 I will look at doing a tuneboy flash with the power modes at some point this year as I hear good things about it

  14. Yes but not for a 1299 FE. o_O

  15. For me if it didn't have a single side swing arm then I wouldn't be interested.

  16. Are they going for that much now, wow.
They are the prettiest panigale tbf and (AGAIN :sob:) I wish id kept mine.

  17. The 899's are making big money because those that have ridden them know that they are just brilliant, almost perfect on the road especially with the pipes and the upmap and a decent suspension set-up. I've owned one, ridden the 959 and now I own the V2 and ridden an 1199 and of all of them the 899 would be my choice, you could stick a decent rear shock on the 899 and you have a great bike.

If you really hate the Dual swingarm then look at a 1199s I reckon, the only thing personally is that I'd try to get one of the last bikes before they went to 1299, the first released models like any had some recalls, so if it's an early one just make sure its got all the stuff on it like the later added heat shields etc (unless you don't care)

  18. For all the reasons above, that’s why I’m hanging onto my 899,..just love riding the little bugger :D and I have been slipping a few shiny things onto it during this lockdown period...

I still have something very special on the way for it as well..he..he..he!!!

  19. base 1199 would be good, I think the forks could be a bit temperamental with blown seals but others will be able to comment further, otherwise I’m sure it will be spot on. Especially if you can find one with cans on
