Quick test fitting, seventy percent done. Solid as a rock! Unless the weather goes to hell, it'll be finished tomorrow.
First proper ride of the and only the second time I've managed to ride the new bike, weather was perfect and roads weren't too busy. Knott End, then Devils Bridge..........love this bike
I was there around half 11 and it was just getting busy but not too bad, give me a shout next time you're up that way!!
It was around 2pm when we rode past. I think we saw 8 police cars and 1 unmarked car on a five mile stretch after leaving Devils on the A65.
What possible reason is there for Ducati not to put a tail tidy like that on in the first place? Makes the bike look sooooo much better
It was bloody cold yesterday morning and i wasn't hanging around so that increased the cool air hitting me, but yes normally always running hot on normal days.
Simple, it’s not legal in the UK. Construction regulations require that the rear tyre is not the last bit of the bike. Andy
I did not know that, nor can I see what possible safety differential is gained by a thin absurdly long piece of plastic hanging over the back tyre. Nevertheless, yours looks a lot better!
As Andy says and its pretty much the same for all bike manufacturers. The tail tidy makers are making a killing! Especially Evotech They've got us by the bollocks though, the temptation is just to much!!
Good call, it was only 4 miles away that HG Wells wrote about Aliens descending 124 years ago. That time the light was green though, maybe a second coming?
