spent the morning looking at these after the lad taking an interest in one for his 16th birthday. Hero 50 | Bullit (bullitmotorcycles.com)
no, not yet. yip, good looking wee bike and well priced. he is currently trolling the web for mods and big bore kits ect.
I looked into getting the 125 for my lad when he turned 18 as he’s into the cafe racer aesthetic. We got a Yamaha MT in the end and I’ve promised I’ll build him a cafe racer out of the bits when he crashes it.
They’re Chinese I think. Been around a few years now. Well I went out on the V2 for half an hour. Not a cloud in the sky but absolutely freezing! Both bikes have now been washed and are now drying off
well i decided on the pani r in the end, rode down to brizzol in the sun shine was lovely and warm, had a coffee with my mate then rode back over the severn bridge then up the side of the river back to gloucester then back to the nam.
Rode the Scrambler to Portishead Marina , then through Clevedon , onto WSM , through Cheddar , pass Chew Valley Lake , then headed home , lots of bikes out , sunny and cold , every where was rammed .
Changed the brake pads on my R1150, now discovered the brake callipers pistons are sticking so ordered a rebuild kit from motorworks in Holmfirth.
Changed the front tyre on the Panigale this afternoon.... Then it started trying it’s hardest to snow,!!.....what’s going on ffs !!!
Used Motorworks loads of times, good guys to deal with, very reasonable prices for bits for my “Keeper” Bought it new from Allan Jeffries in June 2000, it’s been an absolute gem! I’m pretty anal about looking after it ( same with all my bikes really? ) it’s done 43,000 miles and still looks good as new, I’ve got Ohlins shocks front and rear on it and it’s an absolute hoot to ride, handles really well as a few surprised sports bike riders have found out! I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed every ride on it, ..gonna have it crushed and buried with me when I go !!
