It's nice to be important....but it's important to be nice. Perhaps you should take more note of your signature. I am a new member and have just bought my first Ducati and all I have had from the members and senior members on this forum is petty bullying and mockery. Is that all this forum is for?
But as per the other ad this is just a link to your advert...............where is the benefit for the forum members other than you? What if the advert said i am selling these on ebay.......a 10% reduction for any one from the forum that buys them! Then it would have a meaning! i would mod pure adverts like this...............unless there was a clear benefit for the forum members!
What the hell are you on about? This is in the classifieds section! A discount is any sellers perogative and not for you to comment on. The benefit to forum users is finding second hand parts at incredibly low prices. Mine is the only second hand full exhaust system on ebay and its going for £120... if someone needed this to repair crash damage the value is in the incredible deal. And a much less pubescent way oft ackling this situation would be to simply say "If a forum emmber buys it will you give them a discount?" to which my answer would have been yes.
Hold on, ive got to jump in for anth's defence here. Ive never met him in person, but he's always very very helpful to members (me included) and ive never seen any nasty posts from him on any forums we use. You'll find the ducati community is quite small compared to most others, and many uses will help you when needed etc. So just chill a little bit. On the basis you have only made 4 posts to date 4 of which are within this thread, and one other stating your being bullied how exactly is this? As far as i can see, you've had no contact with any other forum members? Unless everyone is sending horrible pm's to you? Maybe introduce youself, take part in forum discussions, and go from there. Not just use it to link to adverts on ebay. Anyway welcome to the forum. I'd personally keep the standard bits if you can , as when you sell most times you will get more by making your bike standard and selling off the termi's.
GO back a stage im criticising you advertising a link to ebay where you are selling stuff with no mention of any benefit for the members on this site............ if you truly wanted to benefit the members here you would of mentioned a discount or benefit in a proper ad........not just a link to ebay and if i needed a std exhaust i am capable of looking on ebay......
