  1. Tried living in America? Cradle to the grave NHS for an entire country, despite the fcuking Tories is still brilliant.

  2. And I’m sure there are countries worse than America.

I’ve always been a fan of the NHS, but it’s struggling. Maybe it just hasn’t grown enough for the population increase.

  3. Despite the Tories? Because of the Tories more like. Who else has been in power over the past 50 years? And don’t say Tory Flair.

  4. Errr, asking for a friend, obviously, but I don’t remember seeing this covered in a govt briefing so perhaps Tom has some inside information.

Has it been officially confirmed that you can’t catch covid from a pair of panties thrown at you by an adoring lady.

Anything to make my next trip to Tesco less stressful.....

  6. Here you are, you seem like a reasonable bloke who understands numbers.

NHS Budgets rose by 1.4 per cent each year on average (adjusting for inflation) in the 10 years between 2009/10 to 2018/19, compared to the 3.7 per cent average rises since the NHS was established. Effectively this means Cameron with or without the LIBs & May underspent by at least 50%, arguably why the pandemic has hit the UK so hard, unlike Germany.

There were some appalling years which were also very low spend, by arseholes who don't care about the public.

  7. I take it you’re referring to the financial clusterfuck created by Gordon Brown... texture like sun... la la laa la la laa... etc.

  8. I can't imagine why you would think that? We were discussing the NHS spend. Its blatantly obvious what has transpired over the last decade, and prior. To be certain it was clear, I included the pictures (graphs). Thats why they are "the fcuking Tories".

Now if you have some other information that is credited by someone like Institute for Fiscal Studies, I'd really like to see it, but you haven't have you? la la laa la la laa... etc.

  9. Nope... la la laa la laa... :D

  10. I've got my first jab tomorrow at 11 o'clock. I'm 47. No idea what one I'm having. Hope it gets rid of a few wrinkles, and makes my hair grow back. Not fussed if it has a tracker in it or not.

  13. Got to take my wife to Bromsgrove for her first Jab tomorrow. Hope she doesn’t have any side effects, I want to go out in the bike after

  14. After the second Pfizer jab on Friday, the Mrs had her second one too. Went for a walk today, both of us flaked out. Only about 7,000 steps and we both had to stop and sit on a bench en route. Not just once but twice. Not like us at all. It was like wading through porridge. Really hard work to get back to the car.

Felt better after a cuppa and a few biscuits but basically spent the rest of the day vegging out. Didn’t even want to think about going for a ride on the bike. It’s a small price to pay but the quicker it passes the better of course.

  15. Just joined this thread late, but there is absolutely no fking chance what so ever that I'm having an Messenger RNA vaccines put in me. Not part 1 or part 2. Shove ya Mrna right up your arris. I'm not anti vaccine as such, but I am anti Mrna and don't wish to have a jab where the mortality rate for this flu, is virtually fk all in terms of percentage.

Extremely vulnerable people like me are doing ok with these vaccinations.
Wether we get a response we don’t know but a little is better than the alternative of which my best friends sister was on a ventilator for 7 weeks. She had mini strokes they lost her twice with Covid.
She has come through but it’s now a very long road to recovery.
She is learning to walk again she has lost the use of her left arm.
She has to use a stairlift she can’t breathe very well.

I know it’s your choice and I respect that
