Seems to have swapped hands a few times 6 owners and just over 6k miles been a collectors bike for a few owners, looks very clean

Well, Cheltenham in Gloucestershire is a foreign country! The picture is odd. Not much detail about the bike but sitting above a river in flood - a hint? Note the two people just about to shake hands - significant?
