Things I have been doing today,......spending a small f*@ing fortune at the dentists :scream::scream: !
Not joking I could have changed my bike with what I’ve spent over the last couple of weeks :(

  8. It is indeed Bon Scott - Kirriemuir's 2nd claim to fame - The first was Peter Pan. Apparently there was some resistance to the statue due to his use of alcohol and its involvement in his death, until it was pointed out that J. M. Barrie wrote about sprinkling magic dust on children to make them fly....

  10. Well, my A&E Triage practitioner was great, listened to my explanation of the problem and which movement caused the pain. Bless her, she went through a thorough examination and avoided doing the one movement that caused so much discomfort :D Packed me off to x-ray which showed nothing untoward and finally apologised as she did the movement that hurt. Spoke with a consultant and without an Ultrasound or MRI to confirm the extent of the soft tissue damage, conclusion is a tear in the quadricep just above the knee cap. Referred back to the physio I saw last year for a steroid injection. Back home now, knee elevated, ice pack suitable placed and watching GBM. Andy

  12. Thank you! - I saw you were off the **** so I purposely didn't mention it, :) I am trying to as well but I know it's hard. I had a Co-op Korma curry - 3 for £6 at the mo, very nice.
