i had it start coming into my garden from the park thats next to my house .at first the parks department sent a couple of workers round to paint the leaves with a red gluppy mixture.when it came back the next year i called them and they employed a company to do a 5 year plan, they come twice a year and spray it. so far i have not had any signs of it in the garden but i have seen and reported it in another location close to mine in the park
