I take lots! Well, I have a cpap machine that dang thing takes up 2/3 of the small pannier. So generally cpap and tennis shoes goes in the exhaust side pannier, then clothes, toiletries, maps, rain pants, etc goes in the left side.
The whole point of having a bike is to get away from the wife, you’re not meant to take her with you!
