  2. Yep, don't use too aggressive pads or the wheels will snap... wtf... Can't help but think Suzuki may be blaming the only thing aftermarket there!

  3. Those wheels are gash. Recall required. “Sintered pads”.:p:joy:

  4. I’m not convinced that this is the cause of their issues personally.

I think it might be a contributing factor, but in my opinion it is heat contraction.

It was below zero at whilton... hot rim, freezing cold hub... tiny spokes...

    = snap.

The bikes are run much faster in the Asian series

  5. Are we thinking 100-1 outsiders, is it worth gambling on a crash at turn 1 on the opening lap?

  6. that’s working on the wild idea that the bike makes it past the test day without clearing the catchment fence mate

  7. Testing? Bunch of fannies just ride the thing to within an inch of it’s engine life on the day ffs.

  8. have you seen the grid?

The front end is predominantly 8 stone talent cup riders with a large amount of bsb, and roads boys as well as club racers.

youve seen the size of me , I need the testing :joy:

  9. Watched the 44 teeth video yesterday, looks like a hoot. I'd be tempted myself if every round wasn't so far away!

Suzuki and the excuse for the wheels, I sense 44 teeth had to back track a little to avoid any legal action, but I certainly wouldn't be looking for a Suzuki now if I was tempted to race.

  10. Reminds me of track day forecast after I’ve just spunked ~£200 on a booking

  13. Crash diet?;)

Shirley you’re not heavier than Fagan?

  14. Luckily I’ve lost weight over lockdown. Pre lockdown I was up to 105kgs I think it was.

down to 95 now. Out of kit.

  15. I’m only 72kgs have been that since my early Twenties not anymore or less ever. You have been close to 1 1/2 of me :astonished:

  16. Update.

just off out for superpole. We get one flying lap...

Weathers been hit and miss all day. But we are going okay.

got a fair few bike issues, head bearings are terrible, the thing feels like it’s low siding on every slow corner. Needless to say, it wasn’t just a sensation as I tucked the front haha Suspension is waaaaay to soft, the front is decking everywhere. But this is what we’ve got so, we’ll see what happens. Ground clearance is a real problem haha

i got down to a 1:26 on wets. Which I’m happy with. It’s quicker than 44T did on their standard bike last time round

one of our riders is down to a 1:23 on wets. Which is mental considering he’s about 17 stone in kit.

    great bloody fun!
