I can only see a wooden fence panel and gravel on the ground perhaps from our traveling community.

 

Couldn't see any caravans on google earth. Possible it's located in Tinker Town though.

Dusty as hell but looks to have been kept dry so pretty good restoration basis. Frankly considering grabbing it myself.
