  4. Can see Westbury white horse, glasto tor, Hinckley point and welsh black mountains. Go on a breezy day and it’s a great challenge, lovely views and watch The buzzards soar a few feet above tour head
I ‘may’ have my name on the honours boards a few times.....

  5. SWMBO and her friend went to the Harrogate flower show. It pissed down all the while they were there and they came back like drowned rats.

I, on the other hand, stayed in and did a few chores and have been watching Sopranos all afternoon, in the warmth and comfort of my home :)

  7. I can walk into my local town, I actually prefer to less faff trying to find somewhere to park. On a plus note though motorcycles are exempt for now from any B’Ham city charges which of late again is my preferred mode of transport.

It’s Birmingham and Bath, guess it’s Bristol and Cardiff next.....

  11. So due to the month I bought my Ducati my annual service was due in Dec but I thought sod that again and left it until May when the “weather would be fare more compliant” so rode my bike the 30 odd miles to MotoRapido today........in gail force winds and horizontal rain :confounded: (note to self, need new boots!)
The return journey was a little better as it stopped raining and the wind soon dried the roads so started having a right laugh on their 1100 dark pro scrambler they’ve lent me, what a fun bike to ride (up to about 70) haven’t had this much fun on a sub 100hp bike in ages  hopefully the weather will look kinder on me tomorrow when I go back to collect mine, I doubt it though : unamused:
