Got new chain and sprockets on today. I find 2 things are instant bike improvers, new C&S and new tyres, great feeling.

Old C&S did about 27000 miles.

 

I've been criticizing my parents for years with their hoarding but i just'd to apologize as i've moved half a van of unnecessary stuff from my bedroom as well over the past week.....it's a illness us human beings have in spade loads.

Played the 18 hole course at the Bristol today , it was a slog , the end of May and it's still bloody winter conditions .

No chance of getting a test ride on a Multistrada 950 , apparently their customers buy without trying , not on a 12 grand bike I won't .

 

Took me an hour and half to go 13 miles today .

 

I had a 950 test ride last October. Overall a very nice bike that ride well , fab front end except excessive dive on first quarter of travel but with good ergonomics ….. but I missed the punch of my twinspark, enough that the 950 was ruled out for me.

 

Perhaps get it buffed up and on the marketplace for a sale.
